Each of the animals living at the San Francisco Zoo has specific needs. Help us ensure their health and wellness by adopting one of the species below.

Your love for these animals can be expressed with a donation at any level. Your gift will be used to support the San Francisco Zoological Society and further our mission to connect people to wildlife, inspire caring for nature and advance conservation action. An adoption of one of our animals makes a great gift for friends or family.

All adoptions are valid for one year and are renewable. “Adoption” does not imply ownership, naming right, or exclusive privilege with regards to a specific animal at the Zoo.
